The process of creating color photos was awfully different to those of black and white as I learned to slowly incorporate my thoughts into color rather than focusing majorly on the value of shadows and lights. In my opinion, I was given many more opportunities to radically change a photo with the surrounding area full of many different shades of color and hues. Color photography requires more thought and consideration before snapping a photo but helps me slow down and decide what is best to incorporate into each scene I photograph. All in all, color will be more of a learning process, but it is intriguing to view my photos in color fully instead of always thinking in a black and white sense.
